As this holiday season arrives I want to take the opportunity to reach out to all of you, the many donors to Help Hope Live, formerly National Transplant and Amputation Fund. Because of your generosity I have been able to afford the essential, highly specialized medical care unavailable to me for over eight years. The impact of this care upon my day to day life is immeasurable. Also, with your support I have able to obtain sufficient technology to outfit a truly customized computer system, which greatly improves my productivity in terms of academics as well as connectedness to the community in general.

I cannot begin to put into words how appreciative I am of your kindness and compassion. Your help goes beyond the material improvements in my life, and touches me more deeply than I could ever express.
